For TENANTS we locate and select property that fits your needs. As Tenant Reps our agents represent your interests. We establish value, negotiate the lease and see the process through to occupancy. For retail tenants seeking a rollout of stores throughout the metro area we offer exclusive representation. We will meet your board's approval criteria and prepare site packages and define trade area priorities for the entire metro area. Our agents are well connected with area developers and brokers.

SITE ACQUISITION is a unique specialty for which we are well qualified. Land brokerage requires special skills and due diligence. We pride ourselves on the ability to evaluate land to be developed. We consult with surveyors, civil engineers and title companies. We research public records, communicate with planning and zoning departments, and obtain utility information prior to establishing an offer value.
