In 1989 T.L. Baker Co. was started as a commercial real estate brokerage business. In 2000 the company was incorporated as T.L. Baker Co. Inc. The company continues to provide commercial real estate services and brokerage to clients. T.L. Baker Co. Inc. is licensed with the state of Indiana as a real estate broker and is a member of The Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. Thomas L. Baker is the principal broker.

Thomas L. Baker Realty is a residential brokerage company and is a member of MIBOR's broker listing cooperative (BLC).

BAKER Realty Group is involved with the development and investment of real estate through affiliate project entities.
